Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Architect, Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate data sources into a unified system and identify data gaps
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize CX metrics and develop trend reporting
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in BI, analytics, or data engineering, preferably in SaaS/service operations
- Expertise in dashboarding, ETL, API integrations, and advanced SQL
- Experience with scripting for automation, preferably in Python
- Familiarity with client-health modeling and churn drivers
- Experience in the K-12 education technology space is preferred but not required
