A company is looking for a Manager of Transplant Data & Performance Improvement in the Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection for stem cell transplant and cellular therapy, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory bodies
• Lead and manage teams to align departmental goals with organizational objectives, fostering a collaborative environment
• Proactively assess and implement change initiatives to enhance organizational performance and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or an Associate's degree with extensive experience
• Five years of progressive experience in a related field with a Bachelor's degree or ten years with an Associate's degree
• No licensure or certification required
