Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
• Manage development efforts as a liaison with business and technical partners
• Mentor, manage, and ensure the continuous development of the team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and data management
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with querying languages
• Preferred knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
• Experience in project management and mentoring junior analysts
