Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to design and manage a data ecosystem for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data infrastructure and reporting systems across multiple platforms
• Create custom dashboards and automated reports to deliver insights on performance and KPIs
• Establish data governance processes and lead ongoing data analysis for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a data analyst or analytics engineering role, preferably in eCommerce or SaaS
• Strong command of SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Hands-on experience with TripleWhale and HubSpot
• Deep understanding of marketing attribution and customer journey metrics
• Proven track record of building reporting infrastructure from scratch
