Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to oversee analytics efforts and manage the BI function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the BI function, mentoring the team and establishing best practices in data modeling, transformation, and visualization
• Develop and maintain BI models using DBT and SQL, ensuring accuracy and scalability
• Build and oversee dashboards and reporting in Looker (LookML) or Tableau for campaign performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in BI or analytics roles, with a preference for 2+ years in a management or lead position
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or other modern data warehouses
• Proficiency with BI tools: Looker (LookML), Tableau, or similar
• Hands-on experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation
• Background in digital advertising, performance marketing, or related domains strongly preferred
