A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst / Technical Writer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to draft documentation, including use cases and implementation plans
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets standards and is suitable for the intended audience
- Maintain version control and organization of all documents within the approved repository
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in business process analysis and technical writing
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Word)
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Experience with Zero Trust programs is preferred
