A company is looking for a Healthcare Policy and Processes Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain procedural documents and standard templates for Utilization Management
- Collaborate with internal teams and SMEs to ensure accurate and compliant documentation
- Produce high-quality documentation and training materials that meet applicable standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Writing, Policy and Procedure, or process development
- Previous experience in managed care (Medicaid, Medicare preferred)
- Proficient in SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Help authoring software and familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Healthcare Related, or Public Policy (healthcare preferred)
