Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Policy and Processes Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain procedural documents and standard templates for Utilization Management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and SMEs to ensure accurate and compliant documentation
  • Produce high-quality documentation and training materials that meet applicable standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3-5 years of experience in Technical Writing, Policy and Procedure, or process development
  • Previous experience in managed care (Medicaid, Medicare preferred)
  • Proficient in SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Help authoring software and familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Healthcare Related, or Public Policy (healthcare preferred)
