Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Fed Civ) to develop and write proposals for Federal Civilian projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Solution Architects to draft compliant technical proposal content
• Harvest win themes and key discriminators to articulate compelling proposal narratives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize information and ensure alignment with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 10+ years of professional work experience, or equivalent technical certifications
• Strong technical background in fields such as data analytics, cybersecurity, or engineering
• Experience writing narratives for Federal Civilian IT/Cybersecurity/Engineering solutions
• Familiarity with Fed Civ agencies
• Proficient understanding of proposal requirements and technical acumen
