Business Process Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Lead to oversee SAP S/4HANA business processes and facilitate digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership during the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle
• Lead workshops, testing, and change management activities to ensure end-user readiness
• Oversee the review and validation of functional specifications and manage system defect resolutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business process design and SAP implementations, particularly S/4HANA Source-to-Pay
• Strong understanding of business processes in the CPG or Tobacco industry
• Skilled in reviewing technical documentation and managing change requests
• Experience supporting users through cutover and hypercare phases
