Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Program Manager - Worldwide Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of quarterly skills challenges to align with business priorities
• Gamify the learning experience by introducing game mechanics to enhance engagement
• Drive collaboration across teams to ensure seamless execution and measure impact for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years of relevant experience
• OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year of relevant experience
• 2+ years of enterprise learning program management experience, including gamification or sales skilling
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager in a technology-focused environment (preferred)
• General understanding of legal and operational considerations for global contests and sweepstakes (preferred)
