Director of Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Management in Information Technology & Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic alignment of executive vision with data transformation roadmaps and ensure governance across various initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end program planning and execution, integrating digital and data efforts
• Engage senior stakeholders to align technology and business goals through data storytelling and financial impact framing

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years in project/program management, with at least 5 years focused on data, AI, or automation initiatives
• Strong understanding of technology and business intelligence, including data architecture and transformation pipelines
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and RPA platforms like UiPath
• Certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-OSCP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent
• Strong executive presence and emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders
