Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager & Team Lead to oversee complex projects and lead a team of project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Supervise, mentor, and develop project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale projects in complex environments
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement and gap analysis initiatives
• Experience collaborating closely with development, engineering, and security operations teams
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and ITIL best practices
