Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the Values and Standards for Election Excellence program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the VSEE program, including the adoption and maintenance of voter-centric standards for local election departments
• Engage key stakeholders by building relationships and supporting the adoption of the values and standards framework
• Manage a team by setting goals, providing coaching, and contributing to equitable hiring processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management with familiarity in project management tools
• Ability to make decisions and set programmatic priorities with minimal guidance
• Experience in people management, including delegating tasks and holding team members accountable
• Understanding of equity issues affecting voters with limited access to the election system
• Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work in the U.S
