Manager of Scrum Masters

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Scrum Masters (Contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scrum Masters supporting multiple agile teams
• Drive agile maturity by assessing team health and coaching toward best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and remove impediments

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead in a scaled agile environment
• 2+ years of experience in a people leadership role, managing Scrum Masters or agile delivery professionals
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead through influence and create measurable improvements in agile delivery
• Experience managing delivery in a matrixed or cross-functional environment
