AI PMO Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI PMO Lead to oversee the planning, governance, and execution of global projects within their GenAI and Digital Services business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of the PMO framework, tools, and methodologies
• Manage project portfolios, ensuring transparency in timelines, risks, and resource allocation
• Define and track KPIs to measure project health and overall portfolio success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in PMO leadership or senior project/program management roles
• Experience managing global or regional portfolios, preferably in the Gen AI ecosystem
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred but not required
• Schedule flexibility to work with global teams and stakeholders
