Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement population health programs in collaboration with clinical and quality leaders
• Coordinate resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant program execution
• Develop, monitor, and report on program performance while managing client and stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field
• Proven program management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to work remotely within Eastern Time Zone hours
