Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex, large-scale cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business leaders to define goals and manage key stakeholders
• Mentor junior and mid-level TPMs while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience with enterprise-scale programs
• Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and WebOps
• Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in project management tools
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs and managing stakeholders
• Experience in driving change management and adopting new tools and processes
