Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager for the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the turnover process of new and remodeled stores from Construction to Operations
  • Review Contract Documents for accuracy and adherence to standards
  • Supervise general contractors and manage the bid process for construction projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, with at least 2 years in retail, restaurant, or hotel construction
  • Working knowledge of construction administration processes, including CPM scheduling and cost reporting
  • Experience in commercial construction as an Owner's representative
  • B.S./B.A. in Architecture/Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • Professional registrations such as CPM, PMP, or PE are a plus
