Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Health Plan Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding efforts across multiple implementation workstreams, including benefit setup and data integration
• Manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Act as a primary point of contact for health plan operational setup and coordinate with third-party partners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare implementation, payer operations, or health tech project management
• Deep understanding of health plan structures, payers, and claims billing workflows
• Experience with healthcare integrations such as RTE, eligibility files, and claims
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving resolution proactively
