Equipment Qualification Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equipment Qualification and Testing Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage detailed schedule logic and track milestones for design control package activities
• Support project scheduling, resource, and budget planning efforts, including cost plan inputs
• Coordinate technical integration team meetings and gather status reporting from testing teams

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in a relevant Engineering discipline and 4+ years of project management experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience in project management within the nuclear, energy, infrastructure, or aerospace fields
• Strong understanding of technical schedule management and experience with project management tools
• Experience with Atlassian tools, specifically Confluence and JIRA, is required
