Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of project managers across complex implementation programs
• Oversee the execution of complex customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with various departments
• Partner with executive leadership to shape the delivery strategy and represent Project Management in key customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional implementation programs in a SaaS or communications environment
• Strong knowledge of compliance and delivery frameworks in healthcare and financial services
• Proven ability to coach project managers and drive a culture of performance and accountability
• PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of project management experience
