Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management principles
• Manage project risks, stakeholder communication, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources effectively while maintaining budget oversight

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3+ years managing Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects
• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP applications, including Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management modules
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams
