Project Leader in Clinical Research

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Leader to oversee clinical research projects in vaccines and infectious diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the delivery of clients' statements of work within budget on clinical research projects
• Proactively assess client expectations and engage with clients for new opportunities
• Supervise and mentor project leaders and staff, ensuring proper training and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with at least 8 years of experience in pharma/CRO; or a Master's degree with at least 6 years; or a PhD with at least 3 years
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical trial management principles with at least 3 years of management experience
• Prior experience in managing late-stage clinical trials is preferred
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex clinical trials on time and within budget
• Experience in therapeutic research areas such as substance use and mental health is strongly preferred
