Key Responsibilities
- Collate journal and congress information, secure copyright permissions, and maintain article libraries
- Support Operations with workload reporting and resource management
- Assist Shared Services with monitoring manuscripts and updating congress trackers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare and evaluate data-driven reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is preferable
