Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to oversee scrum development teams and manage project timelines while coaching team members on Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with objectives
• Manage project tasks and track progress using Jira and Confluence
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with technical teams for software integration and deployment

Required Qualifications

• Former experience as a DevSecOps engineer or backend developer
• 5+ years of project or program management experience in complex technical environments
• Expertise in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
• Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
