A company is looking for a Salesforce Project Analyst to oversee Salesforce initiatives in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from planning to delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and translate needs into technical deliverables
- Oversee triage tasks such as license management, feature requests, and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management focused on Salesforce implementations
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Experience using SharePoint for documentation and collaboration
- Familiarity with hospitality industry workflows is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
