Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Project Manager to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble necessary resources and lead the project team through planning and execution
- Define project scope, manage trade-offs, and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Conclude projects by formalizing acceptance and archiving documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in creating project plans or coordinating tasks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, business process mapping, and ADO or ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Ability to work productively in a remote environment
