Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution for high-visibility strategic initiatives, managing timelines, risks, and cross-functional workstreams
• Translate high-level goals into structured project roadmaps and workflows to create momentum across teams
• Provide analytical support and recommendations to guide decision-making while maintaining project documentation and visibility for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project or program management, operations strategy, or strategic initiatives, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders across various levels
• Fluency in modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and experience managing multiple workstreams
• Analytical fluency with the ability to conduct intermediate analysis to drive decisions
• Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or corporate development is a strong plus
