Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support Agile teams in proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams using Scrum methodologies to meet proposal deadlines and enhance performance
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives while tracking team progress with Agile tools
• Develop standardized processes to improve proposal development efficiency and remove obstacles for teams

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a related field, with 8+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
• 3+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies on delivery teams
• Proven ability to lead Agile ceremonies and track performance using Jira and Confluence
