Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Process & Controls Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and compliance in project management delivery
• Support client engagement and ensure alignment on continuous improvement opportunities
• Lead and advocate for talent development within the Project Delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large scale enterprise operations and construction or real estate services
• 7+ years of experience in a Construction PMO leadership role
• Proven track record of implementing and managing PMO functions in large-scale construction environments
• 7+ years of experience in developing and cultivating business relationships
• Must be a US citizen and may require obtaining government clearances
