Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Business Manager (Finance/Contracts/HR/Quality).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between program leadership and back-office teams for finance, HR, contracts, and quality
  • Oversee contract modifications, customer satisfaction metrics, and financial reporting
  • Lead the development and delivery of internal and external reports and compliance documentation


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Federal Government Contracting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven ability to perform complex financial and administrative reporting
  • Experience with budget execution and expenditure tracking
  • Strong understanding of contract requirements and financial objectives
