Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Business Manager (Finance/Contracts/HR/Quality).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between program leadership and back-office teams for finance, HR, contracts, and quality
- Oversee contract modifications, customer satisfaction metrics, and financial reporting
- Lead the development and delivery of internal and external reports and compliance documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Federal Government Contracting
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven ability to perform complex financial and administrative reporting
- Experience with budget execution and expenditure tracking
- Strong understanding of contract requirements and financial objectives
