Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Initiatives Lead Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive team, driving alignment and execution of enterprise initiatives
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and develop executive-level reports and board materials
• Facilitate executive forums and drive interdepartmental alignment on enterprise priorities

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, corporate development, or consulting role
• Proven success in leading cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives
• Experience in building executive-level reports and dashboards
• Bachelor's Degree
• Project Management Certification (preferred)
