Key Responsibilities:

- In-depth understanding of Joint Use, market standards, and OSP design
- Ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions
- Proficiency in data collection applications and analysis software
- Experience with joint use permitting agencies and inventory systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
