Director of Enterprise Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Delivery to lead their global enterprise implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global team of Enterprise Implementation Specialists, promoting accountability and efficiency
• Own the profit margins of all enterprise implementation projects and balance resource allocation with commercial needs
• Coordinate with commercial teams to ensure all enterprise work is governed by appropriate agreements and statements of work

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Professional Services, Enterprise Implementation, or Project Management within SaaS or Healthcare technology
• Track record of delivering complex enterprise software implementations on time and within budget
• Experience managing P&L responsibility and driving project profitability
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in scoping and pricing enterprise implementation services
• Excellent resource planning and forecasting capabilities
