RFP Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Request for Proposal (RFP) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary evaluation of RFPs and distribute opportunities for further evaluation
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met through proposal reviews and edits
• Contribute to proposal development strategy and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RFP proposal management or project management
• BA/BS in a related degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in the enterprise software industry/SaaS is highly desirable
• Proven experience with cross-team collaboration and project management
• Familiarity with content management software like Qvidian or Responsive is a plus
