Strategic Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Program Manager to lead implementation and delivery for strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and coordinate resources according to the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Serve as the main client contact, handling escalations and facilitating communication
• Advocate for clients internally and support ongoing product adoption and technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Operations, Tech Consulting, or related fields
• Experience with tier-one SaaS or DaaS customers
• Proficient in IT systems, including Looker
• Strong project and program management skills
