Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior TDP Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans, initiates, and manages complex Technical Direction Letter (TDL) projects
• Leads the development of technical design plan (TDP) packages in collaboration with PMO staff and stakeholders
• Monitors project progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 10+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated experience working within the Agile framework
• Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban
• Understanding of the proposal development process
• US Citizen with a Secret security clearance
