A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Project Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard enterprise insurance agencies to the payments platform from kickoff to launch
- Drive change management within the client organization and among their customers
- Coordinate with multiple departments to set up and train customers on the platform
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS implementation or customer success environment
- Strong understanding of the payments and insurance industries is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-collaborative team
- Experience navigating ambiguity and adding structure to complex problems
