Enterprise Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard enterprise insurance agencies to the payments platform from kickoff to launch
• Drive change management within the client organization and among their customers
• Coordinate with multiple departments to set up and train customers on the platform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS implementation or customer success environment
• Strong understanding of the payments and insurance industries is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-collaborative team
• Experience navigating ambiguity and adding structure to complex problems
