A company is looking for a Program Manager, Access & Affordability - Patient Support Services - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with manufacturers and oversee daily workflow of staff
- Monitor call center operations and ensure accuracy in communications
- Compile research and data for reports and maintain client communication
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of relevant work experience, including call center management
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or related fields
- Understanding of insurance and adjudication processes
- 1-2 years of experience using relevant data and products preferred
