Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers while ensuring exceptional delivery
• Oversee complex client implementations and act as an escalation point for project challenges
• Establish rigorous project management standards and ensure consistent methodology application across projects

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of enterprise project management experience with proven SaaS implementation success
• 4-6 years of experience directly managing and developing Project Managers or senior project team members
• Post-secondary degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
• Experience with performance management and team scaling in fast-growing organizations
• PMP, CAPM, or comparable certification is an asset
