Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Project Services to lead and mentor a team in delivering clinical trial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 16-22 project staff responsible for lab services across global clinical trials
• Lead hiring, performance management, and professional development for project services staff
• Manage client relationships, regulatory readiness, and cross-functional operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physiology, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of clinical trial and project management experience in a lab setting
• Proven experience with Companion Diagnostics and global trial oversight
• Strong familiarity with regulatory guidance (FDA, EMEA) and audit preparation
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
