Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will oversee the full lifecycle of CRM and CX solution delivery across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CX solutions, ensuring business process harmonization across divisions
- Drive execution across all project phases while minimizing operational disruptions
- Act as a Change Management Owner, facilitating stakeholder alignment and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project/program management experience in the CRM area or Salesforce transformations
- Experience in industrial environments, with manufacturing experience as an advantage
- Proven success in leading global teams across time zones and business units
- Strong grounding in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR)
- Full Business Proficiency in English
