Job Summary
A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager - Federal Sector Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day contract activities for assigned Task Orders on multiple IDIQ contracts
- Lead the development of scopes of work for new Task Orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Conduct meetings with internal clients, issue meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, business, or a related field
- 10 years of construction project management and/or contracts management experience, with at least 8 years managing large projects
- Experience in contracts management within the AEC industry
- Strong understanding of IDIQ contract administration and the Task Order process
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred
