Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project life cycle including planning, execution, and closure
- Utilize project management tools to effectively manage projects and maintain detailed documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of project management or program management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools
- Experience in leading diverse groups and working in matrix managed environments
- Experience with Medicare or Medicaid supplemental benefits projects preferred
