Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to plan, organize, and oversee programs utilizing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business department initiatives that promote quality, safety, and cost of care opportunities
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, and manage resources for project execution and deployment
• Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while managing projects through the full project life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Health care experience preferred
• 3 years of experience in Quality Improvement (QI), HEDIS Project Management, or health care-related experience
• Working knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS programs
