IT Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Program Manager to oversee software implementation and manage stakeholder relationships in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact with software vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Define and communicate project vision, strategy, and roadmap while managing the product backlog
• Oversee implementation planning, execution, and provide updates on project status and delivery

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, or software implementation
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Preferred: MBA or PMP/SAFe certifications
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
