Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously
- Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans and ensure solutions are optimized and scalable
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish key performance indicators to measure success
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management or process improvement
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Experience with process mapping and designing operational workflows
- Certification in project management or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
- Ability to work effectively across functional teams and influence stakeholders
