Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the PMO aligned with strategic company goals
  • Lead high-priority programs end-to-end, ensuring visibility, efficiency, and accountability
  • Establish governance frameworks for program intake, prioritization, and delivery review
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management, including 3-5 years leading a PMO
  • Demonstrated success managing complex programs with both hardware and software components
  • Track record of building scalable PMO processes in high-growth tech environments
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
