A company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing all phases of projects including planning, design, and construction
- Compile project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and maintain project documentation
- Procure and manage local vendors and ensure project goals are communicated to all participants
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role
- Developing project management skills with an understanding of the project management business
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with architectural/engineering drawings and technical systems
