Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support operational tasks during client implementation and lifecycle
- Manage and route administrative requests related to client accounts and configurations
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and functionalities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in implementations, client service, or operational roles
- 1+ years of project management experience
- Knowledge of relevant systems and financial industry experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team
